Welcome to the Magnus Health help desk team page! Here you’ll find information on the people that troubleshoot and resolve issues for our users.

Jordan was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC. After attending UNC-Greensboro and graduating in 2008, her gift of gab and propensity to play nice with others led her into the field of customer service. While honing her skills at companies like FedEx, Verizon Wireless, and RueLaLa, Jordan realized that every call, email, or live chat with customers is a direct reflection of the company itself. She intends to seize every opportunity to make the rest of us here at Magnus Health sound like we have our act together. Jordan is always willing to solve the most complex of issues – even when they can seem impossible – and can find humor in just about any situation.
Jordan prides herself on being able to make friends everywhere she goes and has a variety of interests, ranging from good food and her beloved iPhone to owls and the color purple (that would be the actual color, not the novel or film). A little-known fact about Jordan is that she enjoys writing poetry. She is a firm believer in self-expression, so it’s not unusual for her to get a wild urge to change her hair completely or get a new piece of body art. Full disclosure: purses are Jordan’s #1 weakness.

Since his first paper route at the age of 11, Bryan has been serving customers with a smile. Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, he is a veteran with over 19 years of customer service experience at companies including American Express Financial Advisors, Standard & Poor’s Comstock, Bridgecom International, American Kennel Club, Dudson Group, and Drucker & Falk Property. Bryan receives Magnus help desk calls and assists with live chat, resolving any customer questions. His favorite thing about Magnus is the family atmosphere, with everyone working together towards the same goal.
Bryan loves spending time with his partner and family, so it’s a great thing that his family relocated to Raleigh. He also enjoys eating chicken, pizza, and Chinese food, working out, bowling, traveling, and singing. Told he carries a nice church tune, Bryan just may have a future in the music industry. He is obsessed with shoes and frequently practices his at home dog grooming skills on his two dogs, Sasha Chanel and Jakobi Li. Bryan’s favorite color is red.
