Covid-19 Symptom Tracking Tools

Magnus Health Covid 19 Assesment Dashboard

Schools are faced with collecting health forms remotely, developing protocols for tracking community health and adhering to many additional compliance requirements related to the well-being of their community.

The Covid-19 Student Symptom Tracking Tools will enable CDC-recommended screening before students, faculty or staff enter the school. As many schools believe it is impractical to screen every student upon arrival, the Magnus solution will provide parents the ability to screen their child(ren) at home and receive an immediate response as to whether their student should attend that day.

In addition, related Symptom Assessment and Compliance Reporting will enable schools to know quickly who should not be attending school that day as well as allow schools to see who has not completed the assessment for the day.
