We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs to capture and nurture leads for the Magnus Health brand.  This is a role for a revenue-centric marketer with proven skills in both inbound and outbound marketing. This role will generate and nurture leads via virtual events, SEM, email, retargeting, social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach and engage the target audience and generate leads to fill the top of funnel.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-starter, be able to develop new ideas and be adaptable to shifting priorities.

This role reports to the CMO and is based in our Wakefield, MA office.


  • Planning, executing and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate awareness and interest in our product and create consistent, high quality leads to fill the pipeline.
  • Proven success leveraging paid and organic search and email marketing to build top of funnel demand
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Translate product features to customer benefits and messaging for key buying personas; skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with tracking of relevant KPIs. Tracking and reporting program success regularly to ensure goals are being met


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years’ B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital.
  • Demonstrated track record of success developing and executing lead gen programs.
  • Analytical with strong quantitative skills and experience building forecasts.  Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend and provide roll-up reporting to leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of email automation and customer relationship management systems (examples: HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
