Every day, we receive valuable feedback from our customers to make SMR (the leading software for school nurses) even better. When that feedback translates into awesome new features, we just can’t help spreading the word! Listening to clients is our tried and true formula to developing a product that maximizes efficiency and satisfies customers. Once those new features become available, we want make sure that our clients are reaping the full benefits of their own requests. Take a look at the latest improvements below:

New Features

• Additional reporting – Administrators can now print all answers to a chosen requirement. For select requirement types, administrators can create and download a PDF of all submitted and approved answers. Create a report for any segment, all trackers, or a single tracker or group. A printable exceptions report will also be created, including all “no” answers, as well as those with a pending, incomplete, expired, or rejected status, and files with errors.

• Medication schedule – Create and print a medication schedule from the student prescription list. Schedules are created by time of day, and include the student name, date of birth, tracker, medication name, and medication details.

Improvements to Existing Features

• Magnus911 – Magnus911 cards now include date of birth and tracker information. In addition, flexible printing options are available from within the Magnus911 app. Administrators can choose which sections of information will appear on a student’s Magnus911 card document. Vital Health Record information, emergency documents, and the wallet card image can be configured to print or not print.

• Treatment notes – Easy charting for school nurses and athletic trainers is now just a click away! The user can create a prefilled note with frequently used answers for selected fields. When creating a new treatment note for a student, the user can simply choose a prefilled note from a drop down list and the new note will populate with selected information.
